Hello there! Welcome to my blog. I'm so glad you stopped by to learn a little bit more about me, my life, my family, and my blog. I first started blogging when I was 13 years old. My blog was called Skittles and Smiles, and I loved writing about all of my preteen adventures and drama. I continued to write my thoughts and dreams there for about 2 years. Sadly, as life got busier and busier, my blog became less and less of a priority until I had completely neglected it all together.
I had forgotten how much I loved writing until I got married in July of 2014, and had a little bit more spare time on my hands. I tossed the idea back and forth about starting a new blog but could never find the nerve or creativity to start something up. It wasn't until the January (2015) after we were married that I finally got the guts to start writing my thoughts again.
What will you read here? You can read all about my perfectly imperfect life, my triumphs and my failures, my hopes and my dreams, my loves and my hates, and all the many things that I am learning as I stumble, and climb through this crazy life. I hope you can come away from my blog knowing how much I love my Heavenly Father, my husband, and my little Taft. I hope you can see how imperfect my life is, yet recognize how blessed and happy I am.
